Shipping

We deliver to Belgium, France and the Netherlands, on the same terms in all three countries:

Standard shipping: €7.
Free shipping on orders from €65.

Delivery is estimated at 6 to 10 business days after your order. This timeframe is indicative and not guaranteed: it may vary depending on the carrier and the period.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. For hygiene reasons, hydrogel masks whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

To arrange a return, write to us via the Contact page and we will explain the steps. If you withdraw, the cost of returning the product is at your expense. If the product you received is defective or does not match your order, return costs are at our expense.

We refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw, including the initial standard shipping costs; this refund may be delayed until we receive the returned product.
