Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Let us know your decision by email at aybna06@gmail.com or via the Contact page; we will explain the steps.

Excluded products

For hygiene reasons, hydrogel masks whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

Return costs

If you withdraw, the cost of returning the product is at your expense. If the product you received is defective or does not match your order, return costs are at our expense.

Refund

We refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw, including the initial standard shipping costs, using the payment method used for the order. This refund may be delayed until we receive the returned product.

Warranty

The LED mask is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applicable in the European Union.
